Run Seal Beach 2022 - Race Date Announcement

March 19, 2022

After a successful first, and hopefully last, virtual race in 2021, we’re excited to announce a return to a normal set of Kids Fun Run, 5k and 10k events in 2022!  Our race date is scheduled for Saturday March 19th, 2022 and more information will be forthcoming about registration, shirts and medals.  We’re excited to resume a normal race schedule, and to continue our role as a non-profit focused on helping Seal Beach and surrounding communities.  Please mark your calendars, and we hope to see you on the course in 2022.

Run Seal Beach is a non-profit and an organization that has been 100% volunteer-driven since our early beginnings and we strive to maximize our ability to give back to our community through our annual Grants and Directors Awards. Our commitment and ties to our local community remains as strong as ever. While our normal fundraising effort was diminished in 2021, we will continue to assist the programs in Seal Beach and surrounding communities that support recreation and wellness.

We thank our runners, walkers, volunteers and sponsors as we plan for a return to a normal event in 2022. Run Seal Beach will always be “The Little Race with the Big Heart” and we hope you will “join us” in 2022! Stay safe and well,

Information regarding the 2022 grant application process will be available mid-January.
